Airport Connector Road Project Updates

Transurban has completed our evaluation of the design-build proposals submitted for the Richmond Airport Connector Road project. We are pleased to announce that American Infrastructure-VA has been selected as the top-ranked offeror.

In accordance with the agreement between Transurban and VDOT, we have calculated the total development cost of the project and have determined that it exceeds the established cost cap. Pending a VDOT decision to fund such excess cost, Transurban intends to award the Design-Build Contract and execute it with American Infrastructure-VA.
