Occasionally, a customer driving on the express lanes may see a blue light immediately after the overhead gantry. This indicates that either you did not have an E-ZPass® when traveling these lanes to pay your toll or you had an E-ZPass that was not working properly.
No E-ZPass in your vehicle?
If you see this blue light and do not have an E-ZPass, please contact us to make arrangements to pay your toll. See below for information on how to make that payment.
Have an E-ZPass in your vehicle?
If you have insufficient funds on your E-ZPass account, please pay Pocahontas 895 for your trip already traveled and contact E-ZPass Customer Service to increase your account funds.
If you have adequate funds on your E-ZPass account, please call Pocahontas 895 at 804-822-3458 or free-of-charge at 1-866-428-6339.
Toll collection at the Laburnum and Airport Connector ramps is cashless.
Payment options at the Laburnum and Airport Connector ramps are E-ZPass and Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards. Cash is not accepted at the Laburnum or Airport Connector toll points. For more information, check out our FAQs. Remember: If you've paid the toll at the Main Plaza, you do not pay again to exit at Laburnum or the Airport Connector.
Toll collection at the Main Plaza is cashless between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. daily.

You can stop by our offices just past the eastbound toll plaza. Our physical address is 501 Pocahontas Parkway. Just come into our administration building during office hours, and we can help you settle any unpaid tolls.
