Electronic Toll Collection System Upgrade and Expansion

Electronic toll collection in use on Pocahontas 895 Transurban (895) LLC has evaluated the qualifications submissions for the upgrade and enhancement of the electronic tolling system for Pocahontas 895, and the following five firms have been invited to submit proposals:

•   ACS State & Local Solutions Inc.
•   Electronic Transaction Consultants Corp.
•   Raytheon Co.
•   Telvent Caseta
•   TransCore, LP

The technical portion of the proposals are due on Nov. 7, 2008, and the pricing portion of the proposals are due on Nov. 21, 2008.
